Job’s Friends Are No Help

4 “For the arrows ^H2671 of the Almighty ^H7706 are within ^H5973 me,

[fn]My spirit ^H7307 drinks ^H8354 their poison ^H2534;

And show ^H995 me how ^H4100 I have done ^H7686 wrong ^H7686.

25 “How ^H4100 painful ^H4834 are honest ^H3476 words ^H561!

But what ^H4100 does your argument ^H3198 prove ^H3198?

26 “Do you intend ^H2803 to rebuke ^H3198 my words ^H561,

When the words ^H561 of one in despair ^H2976 belong to the wind ^H7307?

27 “You would even ^H637 cast ^H5307 lots for the orphans ^H3490,

And barter ^H3739 over ^H5921 your friend ^H7453.
