A Prayer of the afflicted when he is faint and [fn]pours out his complaint before Yahweh.

O Yahweh ^H3068, hear ^H8085 my prayer ^H8605!

And let my cry ^H7775 for ^H7775 help ^H7775 come ^H935 to You.

Do not hide ^H5641 Your face ^H6440 from me in the day ^H3117 of my distress ^H6862;

Incline ^H5186 Your ear ^H241 to me;

In the day ^H3117 when I call ^H7121 answer ^H6030 me quickly ^H4118.

For my days ^H3117 have [fn]vanished ^H3615 in smoke ^H6227,

And my bones ^H6106 have been ^H2787 scorched ^H2787 like a hearth ^H4168.

My heart ^H3820 has been stricken ^H5221 like [fn]grass ^H6212 and it has dried ^H3001 up ^H3001,
