Thus ^H3541 says ^H559 Yahweh ^H3068 to Cyrus ^H3566 His anointed ^H4899,

Whom ^H834 I have taken ^H2388 hold ^H2388 of by his right ^H3225 hand ^H3225,

To subdue ^H7286 nations ^H1471 before ^H6440 him

And [fn]to loose ^H6605 the loins ^H4975 of kings ^H4428,

To open ^H6605 doors ^H1817 before ^H6440 him so that gates ^H8179 will not be shut ^H5462:

“I will go ^H1980 before ^H6440 you and make ^H3474 the [fn]rough ^H1921 places ^H1921 smooth ^H3474;

I will shatter ^H7665 the doors ^H1817 of bronze ^H5154 and cut ^H1438 through ^H1438 their iron ^H1270 bars ^H1280.

“I will give ^H5414 you the [fn]treasures ^H214 of darkness ^H2822

And hidden ^H4301 wealth ^H4301 of secret ^H4565 places ^H4565,

So that you may know ^H3045 that it is I,

Yahweh ^H3068, the God ^H430 of Israel ^H3478, who calls ^H7121 you by your name ^H8034.

“For the sake ^H4616 of Jacob ^H3290 My servant ^H5650,

And Israel ^H3478 My chosen ^H972 one,

I have also called ^H7121 you by your name ^H8034;

I have given ^H3655 you a ^H3655 title ^H3655 of ^H3655 honor ^H3655

Though you have not known ^H3045 Me.

“I am Yahweh ^H3068, and there ^H369 is ^H369 no ^H369 other ^H5750;

Besides ^H2108 Me there ^H369 is ^H369 no ^H369 God ^H430.

I will [fn]gird ^H247 you, though you have not known ^H3045 Me,

That they may know ^H3045 from the rising ^H4217 to the setting ^H4628 of the sun ^H8121

That there is no ^H657 one ^H657 besides ^H1107 Me.

I am Yahweh ^H3068, and there ^H369 is ^H369 no ^H369 other ^H5750,

The One forming ^H3335 light ^H216 and creating ^H1254 darkness ^H2822,

Producing ^H6213 peace ^H7965 and creating ^H1254 calamity ^H7451;

“Drip ^H7491 down ^H7491, O heavens ^H8064, from above ^H4605,

And let the skies ^H7834 pour ^H5140 down ^H5140 righteousness ^H6664;

“Woe ^H1945 to the one who contends ^H7378 with his [fn]Maker ^H3335—

An earthenware ^H2789 vessel ^H2789 [fn]among ^H854 the vessels ^H2789 of earth ^H127!

Will the clay ^H2563 say ^H559 to the [fn]potter ^H3335, ‘What ^H4100 are you doing ^H6213?’

Or the thing ^H6467 you are making ^H6467 say, ‘He has ^H369 no ^H369 hands ^H3027’?

“Woe ^H1945 to him who says ^H559 to a father ^H1, ‘What ^H4100 are you begetting ^H3205?’

Or to a woman ^H802, ‘With what ^H4100 are you in labor ^H2342 pains ^H2342?’”

Thus ^H3541 says ^H559 Yahweh ^H3068, the Holy ^H6918 One ^H6918 of Israel ^H3478, and his [fn]Maker ^H3335:

“[fn]Ask ^H7592 Me about ^H5921 the things ^H857 that are to ^H857 come ^H857 [fn]concerning ^H5921 My sons ^H1121,

And you shall [fn]commit ^H6680 to Me the work ^H6467 of My hands ^H3027.

“It is I who made ^H6213 the earth ^H776 and created ^H1254 man ^H120 upon it.

I stretched ^H5186 out ^H5186 the heavens ^H8064 with My hands ^H3027,

And I commanded ^H6680 all ^H3605 their host ^H6635.

“I have awakened ^H5782 him in righteousness ^H6664,

And I will make ^H3474 all ^H3605 his ways ^H1870 smooth ^H3474;

He will build ^H1129 My city ^H5892 and will let ^H7971 My exiles ^H1546 go ^H7971,

Without ^H3808 any payment ^H4242 or reward ^H7810,” says ^H559 Yahweh ^H3068 of hosts ^H6635.

Thus ^H3541 says ^H559 Yahweh ^H3068,

“The fruit ^H3018 of the labor ^H3018 of Egypt ^H4714 and the profit ^H5504 of [fn]Ethiopia ^H3568

And the Sabeans ^H5436, men ^H376 of stature ^H4060,

Will come ^H5674 over ^H5674 to you and will be yours;

They will walk ^H1980 behind ^H310 you; they will come ^H5674 over ^H5674 in chains ^H2131

And will bow ^H2331 down ^H2331 to you;

They will make ^H6419 supplication ^H6419 to you:

‘[fn]Surely ^H389, God ^H410 is [fn]with you, and there ^H369 is ^H369 none ^H369 else ^H5750,

No ^H657 other ^H657 God ^H430.’”

Truly ^H403, You are a God ^H410 who hides ^H5641 Himself,

O God ^H430 of Israel ^H3478, Savior ^H3467!

They will be put ^H954 to ^H954 shame ^H954 and even ^H1571 dishonored ^H3637, all ^H3605 of them;

The craftsmen ^H2796 of idols ^H6736 will go ^H1980 away together ^H3162 in dishonor ^H3639.

Israel ^H3478 has been saved ^H3467 by Yahweh ^H3068

With an everlasting ^H5769 salvation ^H8668;

You will not be put ^H954 to ^H954 shame ^H954 or dishonored ^H3637

To all ^H5703 eternity ^H5769.

For thus ^H3541 says ^H559 Yahweh ^H3068, who created ^H1254 the heavens ^H8064 (He is the God ^H430 who formed ^H3335 the earth ^H776 and made ^H6213 it; He established ^H3559 it and did not create ^H1254 it [fn]a formless ^H8414 place ^H8414, but formed ^H3335 it to be inhabited ^H3427),

“I am Yahweh ^H3068, and there ^H369 is ^H369 none ^H369 else ^H5750.

“I have not spoken ^H1696 in secret ^H5643,

In [fn]some ^H4725 dark ^H2822 land ^H776;

I did not say ^H559 to the seed ^H2233 of Jacob ^H3290,

‘Seek ^H1245 Me in [fn]a formless ^H8414 place ^H8414’;

I, Yahweh ^H3068, speak ^H1696 righteousness ^H6664,

Declaring ^H5046 things ^H4339 that ^H4339 are ^H4339 upright ^H4339.

“Gather ^H6908 yourselves and come ^H935;

Draw ^H5066 near ^H5066 together ^H3162, you who have escaped ^H6412 from the nations ^H1471;

They do not ^H3808 know ^H3045,

Who carry ^H5375 about their graven ^H6459 image ^H6459 of wood ^H6086

And pray ^H6419 to a god ^H410 who cannot ^H3808 save ^H3467.

“Declare ^H5046 and draw ^H5066 near ^H5066 with your case;

Indeed ^H637, let them consult ^H3289 together ^H3162.

Who ^H4310 has made ^H8085 this ^H2088 heard ^H8085 from of old ^H6924?

Who has long ^H227 since ^H227 declared ^H5046 it?

Is it not I, Yahweh ^H3068?

And there ^H369 is ^H369 no ^H369 other ^H5750 God ^H430 besides ^H4480 H1107 Me,

A righteous ^H6662 God ^H410 and a Savior ^H3467;

There ^H369 is ^H369 none ^H369 except ^H2108 Me.

“Turn ^H6437 to Me and be saved ^H3467, all ^H3605 the ends ^H657 of the earth ^H776;

For I am God ^H410, and there ^H369 is ^H369 no ^H369 other ^H5750.

“I have sworn ^H7650 by Myself,

The word ^H1697 has gone ^H3318 forth ^H3318 from My mouth ^H6310 in righteousness ^H6666

And will not turn ^H7725 back ^H7725,

That to Me every ^H3605 knee ^H1290 will bow ^H3766, every ^H3605 tongue ^H3956 will swear ^H7650 allegiance.

“They will say ^H559 of Me, ‘Only ^H389 in Yahweh ^H3068 are righteousness ^H6666 and strength ^H5797.’

Men will come ^H935 to Him,

And all ^H3605 who were ^H2734 angry ^H2734 at Him will be put ^H954 to ^H954 shame ^H954.

“In Yahweh ^H3068 all ^H3605 the seed ^H2233 of Israel ^H3478

Will be justified ^H6663 and will boast ^H1984.”
