De Bu Du (reading אָוֶן) al. his trouble grows hungry (i.e. ravenous for him), but ר׳ never elsewhere in this sense.
Strong's Number H7457 matches the Hebrew רָעֵב (rāʿēḇ),
which occurs 20 times in 20 verses
in the WLC Hebrew.
“Those who were full hire themselves out for bread,
But those who were hungry cease [to hunger].
Even the barren [woman] gives birth to seven,
But she who has many children withers away.
“The hungry devour his harvest
And take it even [when it grows] among the thorns;
The trap opens for [his] wealth.
“The strength [of the wicked] is famished and weakened,
And disaster is ready at his side [if he stops].
“You have not given water to the weary to drink,

To practice ungodliness and to speak error concerning the LORD,
To keep the craving of the hungry unsatisfied
And to deprive the thirsty of drink.
“Is it not to divide your bread with the hungry
And bring the homeless poor into the house;
When you see the naked, that you cover him,
And not to hide yourself from [the needs of] your own flesh and blood?
And if you offer yourself to [assist] the hungry
And satisfy the [fn]need of the afflicted,
Then your light will rise in darkness
And your gloom will become like midday.
