“Near the end of their kingdoms,

when the rebels have reached

the full measure of their sin,[fn]

a ruthless[fn] king, skilled in intrigue,[fn]

will come to the throne.

He brings destruction[fn] on the strong,[fn]

and it falls on the fortress.
