After Terah had lived seventy years, he became the father of [fn]Abram and Nahor and Haran [his firstborn].
So Abram departed [in faithful obedience] as the LORD had directed him; and Lot [his nephew] left with him. Abram was seventy-five years old when he left Haran.
Then the children of Israel came to Elim where there were twelve springs of water and seventy date palms, and they camped there beside the waters.
