Strong's Number H6957 matches the Hebrew קָו (qāv),
which occurs 20 times in 14 verses
in the WLC Hebrew.
“Who determined the measurements [of the earth], if you know?
Or who stretched the [measuring] line on it?
Yet their voice [in quiet evidence] has gone out through all the earth,
Their words to the end of the world.
In them and in the heavens He has made a tent for the sun,
“For He says,
‘Precept upon precept, precept upon precept,
Rule upon rule, rule upon rule,
Here a little, there a little.’”
Therefore the word of the LORD to them will be [merely monotonous repetitions]:

That they may go and stumble backward, and be broken, ensnared, and taken captive.
