Zoba or Zobah = "station"
the name of a portion of Syria which formed a separate kingdom in the times of Saul, David, and Solomon; located northeast of Damascus
Strong's Number H6678 matches the Hebrew צוֹבָא (ṣôḇā'),
which occurs 12 times in 12 verses

When Saul assumed the kingship over Israel, he fought against all his enemies in every direction: against Moab, the Ammonites, Edom, the kings of Zobah, and the Philistines. Wherever he turned, he caused havoc.[fn]
