In You, O LORD, I have placed my trust and taken refuge;

Let me never be [fn]ashamed;

In Your righteousness rescue me.

Give the king [knowledge of] Your judgments, O God,

And [the spirit of] Your righteousness to the king’s son [to guide all his ways].
