Strong's Number H5145 matches the Hebrew נֵזֶר (nēzer),
which occurs 25 times in 22 verses
in the WLC Hebrew.
They made the plate of the holy crown of pure gold, and wrote on it an inscription, like the engravings of a signet, “Holy to the LORD.”
‘All the time of the vow of his separation no razor shall be used on his head. Until the time of his separation to the LORD is completed, he shall be holy, and shall let the hair of his head grow long.
