STRONGS H3657: Abbreviations
כַּנָּה Psalm 80:16 [Psalm 80:15] noun feminine (si vera lectio) support (of tree), i.e. root, stock (feminine of III. כֵּן; compare Syriac bdb048804 masculine id., ChePsalms 397, so Ges); and others take as verb, but Greek Version of the LXX κατάρτισαι is against grammar (should be כֹּנְנָה), and √ כנן = bdb048805 protect (Hu Ri De; read then כֹּ֫נָּה) is improbable. Text dubious.
