Jeshurun = "upright one"
a symbolic name for Israel describing her ideal character
ὁ ἠγαπημένος, Aq Symm Theod εὐθύς, 
rectissimus, dilectus; Thes Ew§ 167 a LagBN 33 regard it as diminutive from יָשׁוּר = good little people; but no evidence that וּן —§ 86 (2). 4 take as denominative = Rechtvolk; BacherZAW v, 1885, 161 ff. and Che rightly compare סֵפֶר הַיָּשָׁר (see יָשָׁר 3e).
Strong's Number H3484 matches the Hebrew יְשֻׁרוּן (yᵊšurûn),
which occurs 4 times in 4 verses
in the WLC Hebrew.
