(β) apart from, besides, except, Joshua 22:19; 2 Samuel 22:32a (= Psalm 18:32a) for who is God except י׳ ? Psalm 18:32b; similarly Isaiah 43:11 וְאֵין מִבַּלְעָדַי מוֺשִׁיעַ, Isaiah 44:6, 8; Isaiah 45:21.
