which occurs 14 times in 11 verses in 'Eze'
in the LXX Greek.
“I will lay the corpses of the Israelites in front of their idols and scatter your bones around your altars.
“Place the pieces of meat in it,
every good piece —
thigh and shoulder.
Fill it with choice bones.
“Take the choicest of the flock
and also pile up the fuel[fn] under it.
Bring it to a boil
and cook the bones in it.
The hand of the LORD was on me, and he brought me out by his Spirit and set me down in the middle of the valley; it was full of bones.
Then he said to me, “Son of man, can these bones live? ”
I replied, “Lord GOD, only you know.”
He said to me, “Prophesy concerning these bones and say to them: Dry bones, hear the word of the LORD!
