3. by a usage foreign to classic Greek [Winers Grammar, 23 (22f)], to pour forth words, to speak out, utter: Matthew 13:35 (Psalm 77:2 (Ps. 78:2); cf. Psalm 18:3 (Ps. 19:3); Psalms 144:7 [Alex.]). The word is more fully treated of by Lobeck ad Phryn., p. 63; [cf. Rutherford, New Phryn., p. 138].
