It must have lain in the Shephelah, near the border of the hill-country of Judah (BuhlGeogr. 91); site unknown; conjectures are cited and criticized by GFM Judges 15:19, which see.
Strong's Number H3896 matches the Hebrew לְחִי (lᵊḥî),
which occurs 3 times in 3 verses
in the WLC Hebrew.
