Strong's Number H3607 matches the Hebrew כָּלָא (kālā'),
which occurs 18 times in 17 verses
in the WLC Hebrew.
The sources of the watery depths and the floodgates of the sky were closed, and the rain from the sky stopped.

I made Lebanon mourn on account of it, and all the trees of the field fainted because of it.

about your people and your holy city —
to bring the rebellion to an end,
to put a stop to sin,
to atone for iniquity,
to bring in everlasting righteousness,
to seal up vision and prophecy,
and to anoint the most holy place.
