But when [fn]Herod died, an angel of the Lord appeared in a dream to Joseph in Egypt, and said,
‘HE WILL COMMAND HIS ANGELS CONCERNING YOU [to serve, care for, protect and watch over You]’;
and
‘THEY WILL LIFT YOU UP ON their HANDS,
SO THAT YOU WILL NOT STRIKE YOUR FOOT AGAINST A STONE.’”
‘BEHOLD, I SEND MY MESSENGER AHEAD OF YOU,
WHO WILL PREPARE YOUR WAY BEFORE YOU.’
