But if a man come presumptuously upon his neighbour, to slay him with guile; thou shalt take him from mine altar, that he may die.

وَإِذَا بَغَى إِنْسَانٌ عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ لِيَقْتُلَهُ بِغَدْرٍ فَمِنْ عِنْدِ مَذْبَحِي تَأْخُذُهُ لِلْمَوْتِ.

وَلَكِنْ إِذَا تَآمَرَ أَحَدٌ عَلَى آخَرَ وَتَعَمَّدَ قَتْلَهُ، فَسُقْهُ لِلْمَوْتِ حَتَّى وَلَوِ احْتَمَى بِمَذْبَحِي

And if any one lie in wait for his neighbour to slay him by craft, and he go for refuge, thou shalt take him from my altar to put him to death.
