وَأَمَّا يُونَاثَانُ فَلَمْ يَسْمَعْ عِنْدَمَا اسْتَحْلَفَ أَبُوهُ الشَّعْبَ، فَمَدَّ طَرَفَ النُّشَّابَةِ الَّتِي بِيَدِهِ وَغَمَسَهُ فِي قَطْرِ الْعَسَلِ وَرَدَّ يَدَهُ إِلَى فَمِهِ فَاسْتَنَارَتْ عَيْنَاهُ.
