«وَإِذَا أَخْطَأَ أَحَدٌ وَسَمِعَ صَوْتَ حَلْفٍ وَهُوَ شَاهِدٌ يُبْصِرُ أَوْ يَعْرِفُ، فَإِنْ لَمْ يُخْبِرْ بِهِ حَمَلَ ذَنْبَهُ.

إِذَا أَخْطَأَ أَحَدٌ لأَنَّهُ صَمَتَ عِنْدَمَا اسْتُحْلِفَ، وَلَمْ يُدْلِ بِشَهَادَتِهِ حَوْلَ جَرِيمَةٍ رَآهَا أَوْ عَلِمَ بِها، فَإِنَّهُ يَكُونُ شَرِيكاً فِي الذَّنْبِ.
