وَلَمَّا لَمْ يُمْكِنْهَا أَنْ تُخَبِّئَهُ بَعْدُ، أَخَذَتْ لَهُ سَفَطًا مِنَ الْبَرْدِيِّ وَطَلَتْهُ بِالْحُمَرِ وَالزِّفْتِ، وَوَضَعَتِ الْوَلَدَ فِيهِ، وَوَضَعَتْهُ بَيْنَ الْحَلْفَاءِ عَلَى حَافَةِ النَّهْرِ.

وَلَمَّا لَمْ تَسْتَطِعْ أَنْ تُخْفِيَهُ بَعْدُ، أَتَتْ بِسَلَّةٍ مِنَ الْبَرْدِيِّ وَطَلَتْهَا بِالْحُمَرِ والزِّفْتِ وأَضْجَعَتِ الطِّفْلَ وَوَضَعَتْهُ بَيْنَ الْحَلْفَاءِ عَلَى ضَفَّةِ النَّهْرِ.
