فَقَالَ الْمَلِكُ لِدُوَاغَ: «دُرْ أَنْتَ وَقَعْ بِالْكَهَنَةِ». فَدَارَ دُوَاغُ الأَدُومِيُّ وَوَقَعَ هُوَ بِالْكَهَنَةِ، وَقَتَلَ فِي ذلِكَ الْيَوْمِ خَمْسَةً وَثَمَانِينَ رَجُلاً لاَبِسِي أَفُودِ كَتَّانٍ.

فَأَمَرَ الْمَلِكُ دُوَاغَ قَائِلاً: «دُرْ أَنْتَ وَاقْتُلِ الْكَهَنَةَ». فَهَجَمَ دُوَاغُ الأَدُومِيُّ عَلَى الْكَهَنَةِ وَقَتَلَ مِنْهُمْ فِي ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمِ خَمْسَةً وَثَمَانِينَ رَجُلاً لابِسِي أَفُودِ كَتَّانٍ.
