But thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us reveals the fragrance of the knowledge of Him in every place.
For we are a fragrance of Christ to God among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing:
to the one an aroma from death to death, to the other an aroma from life to life. And who is adequate for these things?
Such [is the] confidence we have toward God through Christ.
Not that we are adequate in ourselves [so as] to consider anything as [having come] from ourselves, but our adequacy is from God,
Now all [these] things are from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation,
namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting their wrongdoings against them, and He has committed to us the word of reconciliation.
Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making an appeal through us; we beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.
He made Him who knew no sin [to be] sin in our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.
and you shall be to Me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.' These are the words that you shall speak to the sons of Israel."
Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let's hold firmly to our confession.
For we do not have a high priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but One who has been tempted in all things just as [we are, yet] without sin.
Therefore let's approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace for help at the time of [our] need.
I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you should go; I will advise you with My eye upon you.
For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.
And not only [this,] but we also celebrate in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received the reconciliation.
What use is it, my brothers [and sisters,] if someone says he has faith, but he has no works? Can that faith save him?
If a brother or sister is without clothing and in need of daily food,
and one of you says to them, "Go in peace, be warmed and be filled," yet you do not give them what is necessary for [their] body, what use is that?
In the same way, faith also, if it has no works, is dead, [being] by itself.
Listen, [my] sons, to the instruction of a father, And pay attention so that you may gain understanding,
For I give you good teaching; Do not abandon my instruction.
When I was a son to my father, Tender and the only son in the sight of my mother,
He taught me and said to me, "Let your heart take hold of my words; Keep my commandments and live;
Acquire wisdom! Acquire understanding! Do not forget nor turn away from the words of my mouth.
"Do not abandon her, and she will guard you; Love her, and she will watch over you.
"The beginning of wisdom [is:] Acquire wisdom; And with all your possessions, acquire understanding.
"Prize her, and she will exalt you; She will honor you if you embrace her.
"She will place on your head a garland of grace; She will present you with a crown of beauty."
"But the Helper, the Holy Spirit whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and remind you of all that I said to you.
that if you confess with your mouth Jesus [as] Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved;
for with the heart [a person] believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation.
For the Scripture says, "WHOEVER BELIEVES IN HIM WILL NOT BE PUT TO SHAME."
For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same [Lord] is Lord of all, abounding in riches for all who call on Him;
for "EVERYONE WHO CALLS ON THE NAME OF THE LORD WILL BE SAVED."
How then are they to call on Him in whom they have not believed? How are they to believe in Him whom they have not heard? And how are they to hear without a preacher?
But how are they to preach unless they are sent? Just as it is written: "HOW BEAUTIFUL ARE THE FEET OF THOSE WHO BRING GOOD NEWS OF GOOD THINGS!"
However, they did not all heed the good news; for Isaiah says, "LORD, WHO HAS BELIEVED OUR REPORT?"
So faith [comes] from hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ.
But you are A CHOSEN PEOPLE, A royal PRIESTHOOD, A HOLY NATION, A PEOPLE FOR [GOD'S] OWN POSSESSION, so that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;
What then is Apollos? And what is Paul? Servants through whom you believed, even as the Lord gave [opportunity] to each one.
I planted, Apollos watered, but God was causing the growth.
So then neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but God who causes the growth.
Now the one who plants and the one who waters are one; but each will receive his own reward according to his own labor.
For we are God's fellow workers; you are God's field, God's building.

Recognizing the value of consistent reflection upon the Word of God in order to refocus one's mind and heart upon Christ and His Gospel of peace, we provide several reading plans designed to cover the entire Bible in a year.
The Blue Letter Bible ministry and the BLB Institute hold to the historical,
conservative Christian faith, which includes a firm belief in the inerrancy
of Scripture. Since the text and audio content provided by BLB represent a
range of evangelical traditions, all of the ideas and principles conveyed
