"to owe, to be a debtor" (in the Passive Voice, "to be owed, to be due"), is translated by the verb "to owe" in Mat 18:28 (twice); Luk 7:41; 16:5, 7; Rom 13:8; in 15:27, RV, "they (Gentile converts) owe it" (AV, "it is their duty"); Phm 1:18.

"to owe besides" (pros, "in addition," and No. 1), is used in Phm 1:19, "thou owest (to me even thine own self) besides," i.e., "thou owest me already as much as Onesimus' debt, and in addition even thyself" (not "thou owest me much more").
