Jas 2:11For he who said, “You shall not commit adultery,”[fn] also said, “You shall not murder.”[fn] If you do not commit adultery but do commit murder, you have become a lawbreaker.
Jas 2:23And the scripture was fulfilled that says, “Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness,”[fn] and he was called God’s friend.
Jas 2:25In the same way, was not even Rahab the prostitute considered righteous for what she did when she gave lodging to the spies and sent them off in a different direction?
