The Fourfold Hallelujah

After^G3326 these^G3778 things^G3778 I heard^G191 something like^G5613 a loud^G3173 voice^G5456 of a great^G4183 multitude^G3793 in heaven^G3772, saying^G3004,

“Hallelujah^G239! Salvation^G4991, glory^G1391, and power^G1411 belong to our God^G2316,

Rev 19:2

Rev 19:2BECAUSE HIS JUDGMENTS ARE TRUE AND RIGHTEOUS; for He has judged the great prostitute who was corrupting the earth with her sexual immorality, and HE HAS AVENGED THE BLOOD OF HIS BOND-SERVANTS [fn]ON HER.”

Rev 19:3

Rev 19:3And a second time they said, “Hallelujah! HER SMOKE RISES FOREVER AND EVER.”

Rev 19:4

Rev 19:4And the twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God who sits on the throne, saying, “Amen. Hallelujah!”

Rev 19:5

Rev 19:5And a voice came from the throne, saying,

“Give^G134 praise^G134 to our God^G2316, all^G3956 you His bond-servants^G1401, you who fear^G5399 Him, the small^G3398 and the great^G3173.”

Rev 19:6

Rev 19:6Then I heard something like the voice of a great multitude and like the sound of many waters, and like the sound of mighty peals of thunder, saying,

“Hallelujah^G239! For the Lord^G2962 our God^G2316, the Almighty^G3841, reigns^G936.

Marriage of the Lamb

Rev 19:7

Rev 19:7“Let’s rejoice and be glad and give the glory to Him, because the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His [fn]bride has prepared herself.”

Rev 19:8

Rev 19:8It was given to her to clothe herself in fine linen, bright and clean; for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the [fn]saints.

Rev 19:9

Then^G2532 he *said^G3004 to me, “Write^G1125: ‘Blessed^G3107 are those^G3588 who are invited^G2564 to the wedding^G1062 feast^G1173 of the Lamb^G721.’” And he *said^G3004 to me, “These^G3778 are the true^G228 words^G3056 of God^G2316.”

Rev 19:10

Rev 19:10Then I fell at his feet to worship him. But he *said to me, “[fn]Do not do that; I am a fellow servant of yours and your brothers and sisters who hold the testimony of Jesus; worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.”

The Coming of Christ

Rev 19:11

And I saw^G3708 heaven^G3772 opened^G455, and behold^G2400, a white^G3022 horse^G2462, and He who sat^G2521 on it is called^G2564 Faithful^G4103 and True^G228, and in righteousness^G1343 He judges^G2919 and wages^G4170 war^G4170.

Rev 19:12

Rev 19:12His eyes are a flame of fire, and on His head are many crowns; and He has a name written on Him which no one knows except Himself.

Rev 19:13

Rev 19:13He is clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God.

Rev 19:14

Rev 19:14And the armies which are in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, were following Him on white horses.

Rev 19:15

Rev 19:15From His mouth comes a sharp sword, so that with it He may strike down the nations, and He will [fn]rule them with a rod of iron; and He treads the [fn]wine press of the fierce wrath of God, the Almighty.

Rev 19:16

Rev 19:16And on His robe and on His thigh He has a name written: “KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.”

Rev 19:17

Then^G2532 I saw^G3708 [fn]an angel^G32 standing^G2476 in the sun^G2246, and he cried^G2896 out^G2896 with a loud^G3173 voice^G5456, saying^G3004 to all^G3956 the birds^G3732 that fly^G4072 in midheaven^G3321, “Come^G1205, assemble^G4863 for the great^G3173 feast^G1173 of God^G2316,

Rev 19:18

Rev 19:18so that you may eat the flesh of kings and the flesh of commanders, the flesh of mighty men, the flesh of horses and of those who sit on them, and the flesh of all people, both free and slaves, and small and great.”

Rev 19:19

And I saw^G3708 the beast^G2342 and the kings^G935 of the earth^G1093 and their armies^G4753, assembled^G4863 to make^G4160 war^G4171 against^G3326 Him who sat^G2521 on the horse^G2462, and against^G3326 His army^G4753.

Doom of the Beast and False Prophet

Rev 19:20

Rev 19:20And the beast was seized, and with him the false prophet who performed the signs [fn]in his presence, by which he deceived those who had received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image; these two were thrown alive into the lake of fire, which burns with [fn]brimstone.

Rev 19:21

Rev 19:21And the rest were killed with the sword which came from the mouth of Him who sat on the horse, and all the birds were filled with their flesh.
