Psa 53:1

For the music director; according to [fn]Mahalath. A [fn]Maskil of David.

The fool^H5036 has said^H559 in his heart^H3820, “There^H369 is^H369 no^H369 God^H430.”

They are^H7843 corrupt^H7843, and have committed^H8581 abominable^H8581 injustice^H5766;

There^H369 is^H369 no^H369 one^H369 who does^H6213 good^H2896.

Psa 53:2

God^H430 has looked^H8259 down^H8259 from heaven^H8064 upon the sons^H1121 of mankind^H120

To see^H7200 if there^H3426 is^H3426 anyone who [fn]understands^H7919,

Who seeks^H1875 after God^H430.

Psa 53:3

Every^H3605 one^H3605 of them has turned^H5472 aside^H5472; together^H3162 they have become^H444 corrupt^H444;

There^H369 is^H369 no^H369 one^H369 who does^H6213 good^H2896, not even^H1571 one^H259.

Psa 53:4

Have^H3045 the workers^H6466 of injustice^H205 no^H3808 knowledge^H3045,

Who eat^H398 up^H398 My people^H5971 like they ate^H398 bread^H3899,

And have not called^H7121 upon God^H430?

Psa 53:5

They were in great^H6343 [fn]fear^H6343 there^H8033, where no^H3808 [fn]fear^H6343 had been^H1961;

For God^H430 scattered^H6340 the bones^H6106 of [fn]him who encamped^H2583 against you;

You put^H954 them to^H954 shame^H954, because^H3588 God^H430 had rejected^H3988 them.

Psa 53:6

Oh^H4310^H5414, that the salvation^H3444 of Israel^H3478 would come from Zion^H6726!

When God^H430 restores^H7725 the fortunes^H7622 of His people^H5971,

Jacob^H3290 shall rejoice^H1523, Israel^H3478 shall be^H8055 glad^H8055.
