How ^H834 he swore ^H7650 to the LORD ^H3068

And vowed ^H5087 to the Mighty ^H46 One ^H46 of Jacob ^H3290,

“I certainly ^H518 will not [fn]enter ^H935 my house ^H1004,

Nor ^H518 [fn]lie ^H5927 on my bed ^H6210 H3326;

I will not give ^H5414 sleep ^H8142 to my eyes ^H5869

Or slumber ^H8572 to my eyelids ^H6079,

Until ^H5704 I find ^H4672 a place ^H4725 for the LORD ^H3068,

[fn]A dwelling ^H4908 place ^H4908 for the Mighty ^H46 One ^H46 of Jacob ^H3290.”

Behold ^H2009, we heard ^H8085 about it in Ephrathah ^H672,

We found ^H4672 it in the field ^H7704 of [fn]Jaar ^H3293.

Let’s go ^H935 into His [fn]dwelling ^H4908 place ^H4908;

Let’s worship ^H2331 at His footstool ^H1916 H7272.

Arise ^H6965, LORD ^H3068, to Your resting ^H4496 place ^H4496,

You and the ark ^H727 of Your strength ^H5797.

May Your priests ^H3548 be clothed ^H3847 with righteousness ^H6664,

And may Your godly ^H2623 ones ^H2623 sing ^H7442 for ^H7442 joy ^H7442.

For the sake ^H5668 of Your servant ^H5650 David ^H1732,

Do not turn ^H7725 away ^H7725 the face ^H6440 of Your anointed ^H4899.

The LORD ^H3068 has sworn ^H7650 to David ^H1732

A truth ^H571 from which He will not turn ^H7725 back ^H7725:

“I will set ^H7896 upon your throne ^H3678 one from the fruit ^H6529 of your body ^H990.

“If ^H518 your sons ^H1121 will keep ^H8104 My covenant ^H1285

And My testimony ^H5713 which ^H2097 I will teach ^H3925 them,

Their sons ^H1121 also ^H1571 will sit ^H3427 upon your throne ^H3678 forever ^H5703.”

For the LORD ^H3068 has chosen ^H977 Zion ^H6726;

He has desired ^H183 it as His dwelling ^H4186 place ^H4186.

“This ^H2088 is My resting ^H4496 place ^H4496 forever ^H5703;

Here ^H6311 I will dwell ^H3427, for I have desired ^H183 it.

“I will abundantly ^H1288 bless ^H1288 her food ^H6718;

I will satisfy ^H7646 her needy ^H34 with bread ^H3899.

“I will also clothe ^H3847 her priests ^H3548 with salvation ^H3468,

And her godly ^H2623 ones ^H2623 will sing ^H7442 aloud ^H7442 for ^H7442 joy ^H7442.

“I will make the horn ^H7161 of David ^H1732 spring ^H6779 forth ^H6779 there ^H8033;

I have prepared ^H6186 a lamp ^H5216 for My anointed ^H4899.

“I will clothe ^H3847 his enemies ^H340 with shame ^H1322,

But upon himself his crown ^H5145 will gleam ^H6692.”
