“Why ^H4100 do you [fn]spend ^H8254 money ^H3701 for what is not bread ^H3899,

And your wages ^H3018 for what ^H7654 does ^H7654 not satisfy ^H7654?

Listen ^H8085 carefully ^H8085 to Me, and eat ^H398 what ^H2896 is ^H2896 good ^H2896,

And delight ^H6026 yourself ^H5315 in abundance ^H1880.

“Incline ^H5186 your ear ^H241 and come ^H1980 to Me.

Listen ^H8085, that [fn]you may live ^H2421;

And I will make ^H3772 an everlasting ^H5769 covenant ^H1285 with you,

According to the faithful ^H539 mercies ^H2617 [fn]shown to David ^H1732.

“Behold ^H2005, I have made ^H5414 him a witness ^H5707 to the peoples ^H3816,

A leader ^H5057 and commander ^H6680 for the peoples ^H3816.

“Behold ^H2005, you will call ^H7121 a nation ^H1471 you do not know ^H3045,

And a nation ^H1471 which does not know ^H3045 you will run ^H7323 to you,

Because ^H4616 of the LORD ^H3068 your God ^H430, the Holy ^H6918 One ^H6918 of Israel ^H3478;

For He has glorified ^H6286 you.”

Seek ^H1875 the LORD ^H3068 while He may be found ^H4672;

Call ^H7121 upon Him while He is near ^H7138.

Let the wicked ^H7563 abandon ^H5800 his way ^H1870,

And the unrighteous ^H205 person ^H376 his thoughts ^H4284;

And let him return ^H7725 to the LORD ^H3068,

And He will have ^H7355 compassion ^H7355 on ^H7355 him,

And to our God ^H430,

For He will abundantly ^H7235 pardon ^H5545.

“For My thoughts ^H4284 are not your thoughts ^H4284,

Nor ^H3808 are your ways ^H1870 My ways ^H1870,” declares ^H5002 the LORD ^H3068.

“For as the heavens ^H8064 are higher ^H1361 than ^H4480 the earth ^H776,

So ^H3651 are ^H1361 My ways ^H1870 higher ^H1361 than ^H4480 your ways ^H1870

And My thoughts ^H4284 than ^H4480 your thoughts ^H4284.

“For as the rain ^H1653 and the snow ^H7950 come ^H3381 down ^H3381 from heaven ^H8064,

And do not return ^H7725 there ^H8033 without ^H3588 H518 watering ^H7301 the earth ^H776

And making it produce ^H3205 and sprout ^H6779,

And providing ^H5414 seed ^H2233 to the sower ^H2232 and bread ^H3899 to the eater ^H398;

So ^H3651 will My word ^H1697 be which ^H834 goes ^H3318 out ^H3318 of My mouth ^H6310;

It will not return ^H7725 to Me empty ^H7387,

Without ^H3588 H518 accomplishing ^H6213 what ^H834 I desire ^H2654,

And without succeeding ^H6743 in the purpose for which ^H834 I sent ^H7971 it.

“For you will go ^H3318 out ^H3318 with joy ^H8057

And be led ^H2986 in peace ^H7965;

The mountains ^H2022 and the hills ^H1389 will break ^H6476 into shouts ^H7440 of ^H7440 joy ^H7440 before ^H6440 you,

And all ^H3605 the trees ^H6086 of the field ^H7704 will clap ^H4222 their hands ^H3709.

“Instead ^H8478 of ^H8478 the thorn ^H5285 bush ^H5285, the juniper ^H1265 will come ^H5927 up ^H5927,

And instead ^H8478 of ^H8478 the stinging ^H5636 nettle ^H5636, the myrtle ^H1918 will come ^H5927 up ^H5927;

And [fn]it will be a [fn]memorial ^H8034 to the LORD ^H3068,

An everlasting ^H5769 sign ^H226 which will not be eliminated ^H3772.”
