A Remnant Prepared

For seven^H7651 women^H802 will take^H2388 hold^H2388 of one^H259 man^H376 on that day^H3117, saying^H559, “We will eat^H398 our own bread^H3899 and wear^H3847 our own clothes^H8071, only^H7534 let us be called^H7121 by your name^H8034; take^H622 away^H622 our disgrace^H2781!”

Isa 4:2

On that day^H3117 the Branch^H6780 of the LORD^H3068 will be beautiful^H6643 and glorious^H3519, and the fruit^H6529 of the earth^H776 will be the pride^H1347 and the beauty^H8597 of the survivors^H6413 of Israel^H3478.

Isa 4:3

Isa 4:3And it will come about that the one who is left in Zion and remains behind in Jerusalem will be called holy—everyone who is recorded for life in Jerusalem.

Isa 4:4

Isa 4:4When the Lord has washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion and [fn]purged the bloodshed of Jerusalem from her midst, by the spirit of judgment and the spirit of [fn]burning,

Isa 4:5

Isa 4:5then the LORD will create over the entire area of Mount Zion and over her assemblies a cloud by day, and smoke, and the brightness of a flaming fire by night; for over all the glory will be a canopy.

Isa 4:6

Isa 4:6And there will be a shelter to give shade from the heat by day, and refuge and [fn]protection from the storm and the rain.
