The Rock ^H6697 of Israel ^H3478 spoke ^H1696 to me:

‘He who rules ^H4910 over mankind ^H120 righteously ^H6662,

Who rules ^H4910 in the fear ^H3374 of God ^H430,

Is like the light ^H216 of the morning ^H1242 when the sun ^H8121 rises ^H2224,

A morning ^H1242 without ^H3808 clouds ^H5645,

When the fresh ^H1877 grass ^H1877 springs out of the earth ^H776

“Is my house ^H1004 not indeed ^H3588 so ^H3651 with God ^H410?
