Therefore^G1223^G3778, since we have^G2192 this^G3778 ministry^G1248, as we received^G1653 mercy^G1653, we do not lose^G6023 heart^G6023,

2Co 4:2

2Co 4:2but we have renounced the things hidden because of shame, not walking in trickery nor distorting the word of God, but by the open proclamation of the truth commending ourselves to every person’s conscience in the sight of God.

2Co 4:3

2Co 4:3And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled [fn]to those who are perishing,

2Co 4:4

2Co 4:4in whose case the god of this [fn]world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving so that [fn]they will not see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.

2Co 4:5

2Co 4:5For we do not preach ourselves, but Christ Jesus as Lord, and ourselves as your bond-servants [fn]on account of Jesus.

2Co 4:6

2Co 4:6For God, who said, “Light shall shine out of darkness,” is the One who has shone in our hearts to give the Light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ.

2Co 4:7

But we have^G2192 this^G3778 treasure^G2344 in [fn]earthen^G3749 containers^G4632, so^G2443 that^G2443 the extraordinary^G5236 greatness of the power^G1411 will be of God^G2316 and not from ourselves^G1473;

2Co 4:8

2Co 4:8we are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not despairing;

2Co 4:9

2Co 4:9persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed;

2Co 4:10

2Co 4:10always carrying around in the body the dying of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body.

2Co 4:11

2Co 4:11For we who live are constantly being handed over to death because of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our mortal flesh.

2Co 4:12

2Co 4:12So death works in us, but life in you.

2Co 4:13

But having^G2192 the same^G846 spirit^G4151 of faith^G4102, according^G2596 to what is written^G1125: “I BELIEVED^G4100, THEREFORE^G1352 I SPOKE^G2980,” we also^G2532 believe^G4100, therefore^G1352 we also^G2532 speak^G2980,

2Co 4:14

2Co 4:14knowing that He who raised the Lord Jesus will also raise us with Jesus, and will present us with you.

2Co 4:15

2Co 4:15For all things are for your sakes, so that grace, having [fn]spread to more and more people, will cause thanksgiving to overflow to the glory of God.

2Co 4:16

Therefore^G1352 we do not lose^G6023 heart^G6023, but though^G1487^G2532 our outer^G1854 person^G444 is decaying^G1311, yet^G235 our inner^G2080 person is being renewed^G341 day^G2250 by day^G2250.

2Co 4:17

2Co 4:17For our momentary, light affliction is producing for us an eternal weight of glory far beyond all comparison,

2Co 4:18while we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal.
