The Seven Seals

Then^G2532 I looked^G3708 when^G3753 the Lamb^G721 opened^G455 one^G1520 of the seven^G2033 seals^G4973, and I heard^G191 one^G1520 of the four^G5064 living^G2226 creatures^G2226 saying^G3004 as with a voice^G5456 of thunder^G1027, “[fn]Come^G2064.”

Rev 6:2

Rev 6:2Then I looked, and behold, a white horse, and he who sits on it had a bow; and a crown was given to him, and he went out overcoming and to overcome.

Rev 6:3

And when^G3753 He opened^G455 the second^G1208 seal^G4973, I heard^G191 the second^G1208 living^G2226 creature^G2226 saying^G3004, “Come^G2064.”

Rev 6:4

Rev 6:4And another, a red horse, went out; and to him who sits on it, it was given to him to take peace from the earth, and that men would slay one another; and a great sword was given to him.

Rev 6:5

And when^G3753 He opened^G455 the third^G5154 seal^G4973, I heard^G191 the third^G5154 living^G2226 creature^G2226 saying^G3004, “Come^G2064.” Then I looked^G3708, and behold^G2400, a black^G3189 horse^G2462; and he who sits^G2521 on it had^G2192 a pair^G2218 of^G2218 scales^G2218 in his hand^G5495.

Rev 6:6

Rev 6:6And I heard something like a voice in the midst of the four living creatures saying, “One [fn]choinix of wheat for one [fn]denarius, and three [fn]choinix of barley for one [fn]denarius, and do not harm the oil and the wine.”

Rev 6:7

And when^G3753 He opened^G455 the fourth^G5067 seal^G4973, I heard^G191 the voice^G5456 of the fourth^G5067 living^G2226 creature^G2226 saying^G3004, “Come^G2064.”

Rev 6:8

Rev 6:8Then I looked, and behold, a pale horse; and he who sits on it had the name Death, and Hades was following with him. Authority was given to them over a fourth of the earth, to kill with sword and with famine and with [fn]pestilence and by the wild beasts of the earth.

Rev 6:9

And when^G3753 He opened^G455 the fifth^G3991 seal^G4973, I saw^G3708 underneath^G5270 the altar^G2379 the souls^G5590 of those^G3588 who had been slain^G4969 because^G1223 of the word^G3056 of God^G2316, and because^G1223 of the witness^G3141 which^G3739 they had maintained^G2192;

Rev 6:10

Rev 6:10and they cried out with a loud voice, saying, “How long, O Master, holy and true? [fn]Will You not judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?”

Rev 6:11

Rev 6:11And a white robe was given to each of them; and it was told to them that they should rest for a little while longer, until the number of their fellow slaves and their brothers who were to be killed even as they had been, would be completed also.

Rev 6:12

Then I looked^G3708 when^G3753 He opened^G455 the sixth^G1623 seal^G4973, and there was a great^G3173 earthquake^G4578; and the sun^G2246 became^G1096 black^G3189 as sackcloth^G4526 made of^G5155 hair^G5155, and the whole^G3650 moon^G4582 became^G1096 like^G5613 blood^G129;

Rev 6:13

Rev 6:13and the stars of the sky fell to the earth, as a fig tree casts its unripe figs when shaken by a great wind.

Rev 6:14

Rev 6:14And the sky was split apart like a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.

Rev 6:15

Rev 6:15Then the kings of the earth and the great men and the [fn]commanders and the rich and the strong and every slave and free man HID THEMSELVES IN THE CAVES and among the rocks of the mountains;

Rev 6:16

Rev 6:16and they *SAID TO THE MOUNTAINS AND TO THE ROCKS, “FALL ON US AND HIDE US from the [fn]presence of Him who sits on the throne, and from the [fn]wrath of the Lamb,
