Psa 3:1

A Psalm of David. When [fn]he fled from Absalom his son.

O Yahweh^H3068, how^H4100 my adversaries^H6862 have become^H7231 many^H7231!

Many^H7227 are rising^H6965 up^H6965 against^H5921 me.

Psa 3:2

Many^H7227 are saying^H559 [fn]of my soul^H5315,

“There^H369 is^H369 no^H369 salvation^H3444 for him in God^H430.” [fn]Selah^H5542.

Psa 3:3

But You, O Yahweh^H3068, are a shield^H4043 about^H1157 me,

My glory^H3519, and the One who lifts^H7311 my head^H7218.

Psa 3:4

I was calling^H7121 to Yahweh^H3068 with my voice^H6963,

Psa 3:5
