When evildoers ^H7489 came ^H7126 upon me to devour ^H398 my flesh ^H1320,

My adversaries ^H6862 and my enemies ^H340, they stumbled ^H3782 and fell ^H5307.

Though ^H518 a host ^H4264 encamp ^H2583 against ^H5921 me,

My heart ^H3820 will not fear ^H3372;

Though ^H518 war ^H4421 arise ^H6965 against ^H5921 me,

In this ^H2088 I trust ^H982.

One ^H259 thing ^H259 I have asked ^H7592 from Yahweh ^H3068, that I shall seek ^H1245:

That I may dwell ^H3427 in the house ^H1004 of Yahweh ^H3068 all ^H3605 the days ^H3117 of my life ^H2416,

To behold ^H2372 the [fn]beauty ^H5278 of Yahweh ^H3068

And to inquire ^H1239 in His temple ^H1964.

For in the day ^H3117 of calamity ^H7451 He will conceal ^H6845 me in His shelter ^H5520;

In the secret ^H5643 place ^H5643 of His tent ^H168 He will hide ^H5641 me;

He will lift ^H7311 me up ^H7311 on a rock ^H6697.

And now ^H6258 my head ^H7218 will be lifted ^H7311 up ^H7311 above ^H5921 my enemies ^H340 around ^H5439 me,

And I will offer ^H2076 in His tent ^H168 sacrifices ^H2077 with loud shouts ^H8643 of joy ^H8643;

Hear ^H8085, O Yahweh ^H3068, when I call ^H7121 with my voice ^H6963,

On Your behalf my heart ^H3820 says ^H559, “Seek ^H1245 My face ^H6440,”

“Your face ^H6440, O Yahweh ^H3068, I shall seek ^H1245.”

Do not hide ^H5641 Your face ^H6440 from me,

Do not turn ^H5186 Your slave ^H5650 away ^H5186 in anger ^H639;

You have been ^H1961 my help ^H5833;

Do not abandon ^H5203 me and do not ^H408 forsake ^H5800 me,
