He is the One who heals ^H7495 the brokenhearted ^H7665 H3820

And who binds ^H2280 up ^H2280 their [fn]wounds ^H6094,

Who counts ^H4487 the number ^H4557 of the stars ^H3556;

He [fn]gives ^H7121 names ^H8034 to all ^H3605 of them.

Great ^H1419 is our Lord ^H136 and abundant ^H7227 in power ^H3581;

His discernment ^H8394 is [fn]infinite ^H369 H4557.

Yahweh ^H3068 [fn]helps ^H5749 up ^H5749 the afflicted ^H6035;

He brings ^H8213 down ^H8213 the wicked ^H7563 to the ground ^H776.

Sing ^H6030 to Yahweh ^H3068 with thanksgiving ^H8426;

Those who wait ^H3176 for His lovingkindness ^H2617.

So as for His judgments ^H4941, they have not known ^H3045 them.
