A Song of Ascents.

Those who trust^H982 in Yahweh^H3068

Are as Mount^H2022 Zion^H6726, which will not^H3808 be shaken^H4131 but will abide^H3427 forever^H5769.

As the mountains^H2022 surround^H5439 Jerusalem^H3389,

So Yahweh^H3068 surrounds^H5439 His people^H5971

From now^H6258 until forever^H5704^H5769.

For the scepter^H7626 of wickedness^H7562 shall not rest^H5117 upon the [fn]land^H1486 of the righteous^H6662,

So that the righteous^H6662 would not send^H7971 forth^H7971 their hands^H3027 in unrighteousness^H5766.

Do^H3190 good^H3190, O Yahweh^H3068, to those who are good^H2896

And to those who are upright^H3477 in their hearts^H3820.

But as for those who turn^H5186 aside^H5186 to their crooked^H6128 ways^H6128,

Yahweh^H3068 will lead^H1980 them away with the workers^H6466 of iniquity^H205.

Peace^H7965 be upon Israel^H3478.
