“MY SON ^G5207, DO NOT REGARD ^G3643 LIGHTLY ^G3643 THE DISCIPLINE ^G3809 OF THE [fn]LORD ^G2962,

NOR ^G3366 FAINT ^G1590 WHEN YOU ARE REPROVED ^G1651 BY HIM;

FOR THOSE WHOM ^G3739 THE [fn]LORD ^G2962 LOVES ^G25 HE DISCIPLINES ^G3811,

AND HE FLOGS ^G3146 EVERY ^G3956 SON ^G5207 WHOM ^G3739 HE RECEIVES ^G3858.”

It is for discipline ^G3809 that you endure ^G5278; God ^G2316 deals ^G4374 with you as with sons ^G5207; for what ^G5101 son ^G5207 is there whom ^G3739 his father ^G3962 does not discipline ^G3811?

Therefore ^G1352, [fn]STRENGTHEN ^G461 THE HANDS ^G5495 THAT ARE WEAK ^G3935 AND THE KNEES ^G1119 THAT ARE FEEBLE ^G3886,
