Eze 48:1

“Now these^H428 are the names^H8034 of the tribes^H7626: from the northern^H6828 extremity^H7097, [fn]beside^H413^H3027 the way^H1870 of Hethlon^H2855 to [fn]Lebo-hamath^H935, as far as Hazar-enan^H2704 at the border^H1366 of Damascus^H1834, toward the north^H6828 [fn]beside^H413^H3027 Hamath^H2574, [fn]running^H1961 from east^H6921 to west^H3220, Dan^H1835, one^H259 portion.

Eze 48:2

Eze 48:2“And beside the border of Dan, from the east side to the west side, Asher, one portion.

Eze 48:3

Eze 48:3“And beside the border of Asher, from the east side to the west side, Naphtali, one portion.

Eze 48:4

Eze 48:4“And beside the border of Naphtali, from the east side to the west side, Manasseh, one portion.

Eze 48:5

Eze 48:5“And beside the border of Manasseh, from the east side to the west side, Ephraim, one portion.

Eze 48:6

Eze 48:6“And beside the border of Ephraim, from the east side to the west side, Reuben, one portion.

Eze 48:7

Eze 48:7“And beside the border of Reuben, from the east side to the west side, Judah, one portion.

Eze 48:8

“And beside^H5921 the border^H1366 of Judah^H3063, from the east^H6921 side^H6285 to the west^H3220 side^H6285, shall be the contribution^H8641 which^H834 you shall contribute^H7311, 25,000^H6242^H2568^H505 [fn]cubits in width^H7341, and in length^H753 like one^H259 of the portions^H2506, from the east^H6921 side^H6285 to the west^H3220 side^H6285; and the sanctuary^H4720 shall be in the middle^H8432 of it.

Eze 48:9

Eze 48:9“The contribution that you shall contribute to Yahweh shall be [fn]25,000 cubits in length and 10,000 in width.

Eze 48:10

Eze 48:10“And the holy contribution shall be for these, namely for the priests, toward the north 25,000 cubits in length, toward the west 10,000 in width, toward the east 10,000 in width, and toward the south 25,000 in length; and the sanctuary of Yahweh shall be in its midst.

Eze 48:11

Eze 48:11“It shall be for the priests who are sanctified of the sons of Zadok, who have kept the responsibility given by Me, who did not go astray when the sons of Israel went astray as the Levites went astray.

Eze 48:12

Eze 48:12“And it shall be a contribution to them from the contribution of the land, a Holy of Holies, by the border of the Levites.

Eze 48:13

Eze 48:13“Now alongside the border of the priests, the Levites shall have 25,000 cubits in length and 10,000 in width. The whole length shall be 25,000 cubits and the width 10,000.

Eze 48:14

Eze 48:14“Moreover, they shall not sell or exchange any of it, or let this [fn]choice portion of land pass over to another; for it is holy to Yahweh.

Eze 48:15

“And the remainder^H3498, [fn]5,000^H2568^H505 cubits in width^H7341 and 25,000^H2568^H6242^H505 [fn]in length^H5921^H6440, shall be for common^H2455 use^H2455 for the city^H5892, for places of habitation^H4186, and for [fn]open^H4054 spaces^H4054; and the city^H5892 shall be in its midst^H8432.

Eze 48:16

Eze 48:16“And these shall be its measurements: the north side [fn]4,500 cubits, the south side 4,500 cubits, the east side 4,500 cubits, and the west side 4,500 cubits.

Eze 48:17

Eze 48:17“And the city shall have [fn]open spaces: on the north [fn]250 cubits, on the south 250 cubits, on the east 250 cubits, and on the west 250 cubits.

Eze 48:18

Eze 48:18“And the remainder of the length alongside the holy contribution shall be 10,000 cubits toward the east and 10,000 toward the west; and it shall be [fn]alongside the holy contribution. And its produce shall be food for the workers of the city.

Eze 48:19

Eze 48:19“The workers of the city, out of all the tribes of Israel, shall cultivate it.

Eze 48:20

Eze 48:20“The whole contribution shall be 25,000 by 25,000 cubits; you shall contribute the holy contribution, a [fn]square, with the city’s possession of land.

Eze 48:21

“And the remainder^H3498 shall be for the prince^H5387, on the one^H2088 side^H2088 and on the other^H2088 of the holy^H6944 contribution^H8641 and of the city’s^H5892 possession^H272 of land; in front^H6440 of the 25,000^H2568^H6242^H505 cubits of the contribution^H8641 toward^H5704 the east^H6921 border^H1366 and westward^H3220 in front^H6440 of the 25,000^H2568^H6242^H505 toward^H5921 the west^H3220 border^H1366, alongside^H5980 the portions^H2506, it shall be for the prince^H5387. And the holy^H6944 contribution^H8641 and the sanctuary^H4720 of the house^H1004 shall be in the middle^H8432 of it.

Eze 48:22

Eze 48:22“And apart from the Levites’ possession and the city’s possession, which are in the middle of that which belongs to the prince, everything between the border of Judah and the border of Benjamin shall be for the prince.

Eze 48:23

“Now as for the rest^H3499 of the tribes^H7626: from the east^H6921 side^H6285 to the west^H3220 side^H6285, Benjamin^H1144, one^H259 portion.

Eze 48:24

Eze 48:24“And beside the border of Benjamin, from the east side to the west side, Simeon, one portion.

Eze 48:25

Eze 48:25“And beside the border of Simeon, from the east side to the west side, Issachar, one portion.

Eze 48:26

Eze 48:26“And beside the border of Issachar, from the east side to the west side, Zebulun, one portion.

Eze 48:27

Eze 48:27“And beside the border of Zebulun, from the east side to the west side, Gad, one portion.

Eze 48:28

Eze 48:28“And beside the border of Gad, at the south side toward the south, the border shall be from Tamar to the waters of Meribath-kadesh, to the brook of Egypt, to the Great Sea.

Eze 48:29

Eze 48:29“This is the land which you shall divide by lot to the tribes of Israel for an inheritance, and these are their several portions,” declares Lord Yahweh.

“And these^H428 are the exits^H8444 of the city^H5892: on the north^H6828 side^H6285, 4,500^H2568^H3967^H702^H505 cubits by measurement^H4060.

Eze 48:31

Eze 48:31“And the gates of the city shall be [fn]named for the tribes of Israel, three gates toward the north: the gate of Reuben, one; the gate of Judah, one; the gate of Levi, one.

Eze 48:32

Eze 48:32“And on the east side, 4,500 cubits, [fn]shall be three gates: the gate of Joseph, one; the gate of Benjamin, one; the gate of Dan, one.

Eze 48:33

Eze 48:33“And on the south side, 4,500 cubits by measurement, [fn]shall be three gates: the gate of Simeon, one; the gate of Issachar, one; the gate of Zebulun, one.
