Preach the Word

I solemnly^G1263 charge^G1263 you in^G1799 the^G1799 presence^G1799 of^G1799 God^G2316 and of Christ^G5547 Jesus^G2424, who is to judge^G2919 the living^G2198 and the dead^G3498, and by His appearing^G2015 and His kingdom^G932:

2Ti 4:2preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort, with [fn]great patience and teaching.

2Ti 4:3For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but wanting to have [fn]their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires,

2Ti 4:4

2Ti 4:4and will turn away their ears from the truth and will turn aside to myths.

2Ti 4:5

But you, be sober^G3525 in all^G3956 things^G3956, endure^G2553 hardship^G2553, do^G4160 the work^G2041 of an evangelist^G2099, fulfill^G4135 your ministry^G1248.

2Ti 4:6

For I am already^G2235 being poured^G4689 out^G4689 as^G4689 a^G4689 drink^G4689 offering^G4689, and the time^G2540 of my departure^G359 has come^G2186.

2Ti 4:7

2Ti 4:7I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith.

2Ti 4:8In the future there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day, and not only to me, but also to all who have loved His appearing.
