“Yahweh ^H3068 is my [fn]rock ^H5553 and my fortress ^H4686 and my deliverer ^H6403;

[fn]My God ^H430, my rock ^H6697, in whom I take ^H2620 refuge ^H2620,

My shield ^H4043 and the horn ^H7161 of my salvation ^H3468, my stronghold ^H4869 and my refuge ^H4498;

My savior ^H3467, You save ^H3467 me from violence ^H2555.

“I call ^H7121 upon Yahweh ^H3068, who is worthy to be praised ^H1984,

And I am saved ^H3467 from my enemies ^H340.

“For the waves ^H4867 of death ^H4194 encompassed ^H661 me;

The torrents ^H5158 of [fn]vileness ^H1100 terrorized ^H1204 me;

The cords ^H2256 of Sheol ^H7585 surrounded ^H5437 me;

The snares ^H4170 of death ^H4194 confronted ^H6923 me.

“In my distress ^H6862 I called ^H7121 upon Yahweh ^H3068,

And I called ^H7121 to my God ^H430;

And out of His temple ^H1964 He heard ^H8085 my voice ^H6963,

“I was also [fn]blameless ^H8549 toward Him,

“Therefore Yahweh ^H3068 has recompensed ^H7725 me according to my righteousness ^H6666,

According to my cleanness ^H1252 before ^H5048 His eyes ^H5869.

“With the [fn]kind ^H2623 You show ^H2616 Yourself [fn]kind ^H2616,

With the [fn]blameless ^H8549 You show ^H8552 Yourself [fn]blameless ^H8552;

With the pure ^H1305 You show ^H1305 Yourself pure ^H1305,

“And You save ^H3467 an afflicted ^H6041 people ^H5971;

But Your eyes ^H5869 are on the haughty ^H7311 whom You bring ^H8213 down ^H8213.

“For You are my lamp ^H5216, O Yahweh ^H3068;

And Yahweh ^H3068 illumines ^H5050 my darkness ^H2822.

“For by You I can [fn]run ^H7323 upon a troop ^H1416;

And my ankles ^H7166 have not given way ^H4571.

“I pursued ^H7291 my enemies ^H340 and destroyed ^H8045 them,

“And I have consumed ^H3615 them and crushed ^H4272 them, so that they did not rise ^H6965;

“They looked ^H8159, but there ^H369 was ^H369 none ^H369 to save ^H3467;

Even to Yahweh ^H3068, but He did not answer ^H6030 them.

“Then I beat ^H7833 them fine ^H7833 as the dust ^H6083 of the earth ^H776;

I pulverized ^H1854 and stamped ^H7554 them as the mire ^H2916 of the streets ^H2351.

“You have also delivered ^H6403 me from the contentions ^H7379 of my people ^H5971;

You have kept ^H8104 me as head ^H7218 of the nations ^H1471;

A people ^H5971 whom I have not known ^H3045 serve ^H5647 me.

“Foreigners ^H1121 H5236 cower ^H3584 before me;

As soon as they hear ^H241 H8085, they obey ^H8085 me.

“Foreigners ^H1121 H5236 fade ^H5034 away ^H5034,

And [fn]come ^H2296 trembling ^H2296 out of their [fn]fortresses ^H4526.

“Yahweh ^H3068 lives ^H2416, and blessed ^H1288 be my rock ^H6697;

And let [fn]God ^H430, the rock ^H6697 of my salvation ^H3468, be lifted ^H7311 high ^H7311,

The God ^H410 who executes ^H5414 vengeance ^H5360 for me,

And brings ^H3381 down ^H3381 peoples ^H5971 under ^H8478 me,

Who also brings ^H3318 me out ^H3318 from my enemies ^H340;

You even lift ^H7311 me above ^H4480 those who rise ^H6965 up ^H6965 against me;

You rescue ^H5337 me from the violent ^H2555 man ^H376.

“Therefore ^H5921 H3651 I will give ^H3034 thanks ^H3034 to You, O Yahweh ^H3068, among the nations ^H1471,

And I will sing ^H2167 praises ^H2167 to Your name ^H8034.

“He [fn]gives great ^H1431 salvation ^H3444 to His king ^H4428,

And shows ^H6213 lovingkindness ^H2617 to His anointed ^H4899,

To David ^H1732 and his seed ^H2233 forever ^H5704 H5769.”
