War with Philistine Giants

(2Sa 11:1; 12:26–31 )

Now it happened^H1961 [fn]in the spring^H8666, at the time^H6256 when kings^H4428 go^H3318 out^H3318 to battle, that Joab^H3097 led^H5090 out^H5090 the force^H2428 of the military^H6635 and brought^H7843 the land^H776 of the sons^H1121 of Ammon^H5983 to ruin^H7843, and came^H935 and besieged^H6696 Rabbah^H7237. But David^H1732 stayed^H3427 at Jerusalem^H3389. And Joab^H3097 struck^H5221 Rabbah^H7237 and [fn]tore^H2040 it down^H2040.

1Ch 20:2Then David took the crown of [fn]their king from his head; and he found it to weigh a [fn]talent of gold, and in it was a precious stone; and it was placed on David’s head. And he brought out the spoil of the city in a very great amount.
