Psalm 47 :: Hebrew Names Version (HNV)

Psa 47:1For the Chief Musician. A Psalm by the sons of Korach. Oh clap your hands, all you nations. Shout to God with the voice of triumph!
Psa 47:2For the LORD Elyon is awesome. He is a great King over all the eretz.
Psa 47:3He subdues nations under us, And peoples under our feet.
Psa 47:4He chooses our inheritance for us, The glory of Ya`akov whom he loved. Selah.
Psa 47:5God has gone up with a shout, The LORD with the sound of a shofar.
Psa 47:6Sing praise to God, sing praises. Sing praises to our King, sing praises.
Psa 47:7For God is the King of all the eretz. Sing praises with understanding.
Psa 47:8God reigns over the nations. God sits on his holy throne.
Psa 47:9The princes of the peoples are gathered together, The people of the God of Avraham. For the shields of the eretz belong to God. He is greatly exalted!
