My Soul Waits for the Lord

Psa 130:1

Psa 130:1A Song of Ascents.
Out of the depths I cry to you, O LORD!

Psa 130:2

Psa 130:2O Lord, hear my voice!
Let your ears be attentive
to the voice of my pleas for mercy!

Psa 130:3

Psa 130:3If you, O LORD, should mark iniquities,
O Lord, who could stand?

Psa 130:4

Psa 130:4But with you there is forgiveness,
that you may be feared.

Psa 130:5

Psa 130:5I wait for the LORD, my soul waits,
and in his word I hope;

Psa 130:6

Psa 130:6my soul waits for the Lord
more than watchmen for the morning,
more than watchmen for the morning.

Psa 130:7

Psa 130:7O Israel, hope in the LORD!
For with the LORD there is steadfast love,
and with him is plentiful redemption.

Psa 130:8

Psa 130:8And he will redeem Israel
from all his iniquities.
