Deliver Me, O Lord

Psa 120:1

Psa 120:1A Song of Ascents.
In my distress I called to the LORD,
and he answered me.

Psa 120:2

Psa 120:2Deliver me, O LORD,
from lying lips,
from a deceitful tongue.

Psa 120:3

Psa 120:3What shall be given to you,
and what more shall be done to you,
you deceitful tongue?

Psa 120:4

Psa 120:4A warrior’s sharp arrows,
with glowing coals of the broom tree!

Psa 120:5

Psa 120:5Woe to me, that I sojourn in Meshech,
that I dwell among the tents of Kedar!

Psa 120:6

Psa 120:6Too long have I had my dwelling
among those who hate peace.

Psa 120:7

Psa 120:7I am for peace,
but when I speak, they are for war!
