Psalm 108 :: Brenton's English Septuagint (BES)

Psa 108:1(LXX 107:1) Song of a Psalm by David. (107:2) O God, my heart is ready, my heart is ready; I will sing and sing psalms with my glory.
Psa 108:2(LXX 107:3) Awake, psaltery and harp; I will awake early.
Psa 108:3(LXX 107:4) I will give thanks to thee, O Lord, among the people; I will sing praise to thee among the Gentiles.
Psa 108:4(LXX 107:5) For thy mercy is great above the heavens, and thy truth reaches to the clouds.
Psa 108:5(LXX 107:6) Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens; and thy glory above all the earth.
Psa 108:6(LXX 107:7) That thy beloved ones may be delivered, save with thy right hand, and hear me. God has spoken in his sanctuary;
Psa 108:7(LXX 107:8) I will be exalted, and will divide Sicima, and will measure out the valley of tents.
Psa 108:8(LXX 107:9) Galaad is mine; and Manasses is mine; and Ephraim is the help of mine head; Judas is my king;
Psa 108:9(LXX 107:10) Moab is the caldron of my hope; over Idumea will I cast my sandal; the Philistines are made subject to me.
Psa 108:10(LXX 107:11) Who will bring me into the fortified city? or who will guide me to Idumea?
Psa 108:11(LXX 107:12) Wilt not thou, O God, who hast rejected us? and wilt not thou, O God, go forth with our hosts?
Psa 108:12(LXX 107:13) Give us help from tribulation: for vain is the help of man.
Psa 108:13(LXX 107:14) Through God we shall [fn]do valiantly; and he will bring to nought our enemies.
