ἐνδοξάζω: 1 aorist passive ἐνεδοξάσθην; to make ἔνδοξος, to glorify, adorn with glory, (Vulg. glorifico, clarifico): in passive 2 Thessalonians 1:12; ἐνδοξασθῆναι ἐν τοῖς ἁγίοις, that his glory may be seen in the saints, i. e. in the glory, blessedness, conferred on them, 2 Thessalonians 1:10. (Exodus 14:4; Ezekiel 28:22, etc.; Sir. 38:6. Not found in secular authors.)
