2.1 Because they think they are better than others, and so do not need Christ
3.1 BUT THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE NATURE AND EXTENT OF SIN
3.2 BUT THEY ARE BLIND TO THEIR OWN FAULTS
3.3 BUT THEIR BLINDNESS LEADS THEM TO BEING JUDGMENTAL
3.4 BUT THEY THINK THEY WILL ESCAPE JUDGMENT BECAUSE THEY ARE ON GODS SIDE AGAINST THE UNRIGHTEOUS
2.2 Because they think that Gods gentle attributes mean He will never judge.
3.1 THE GENTLE ATTRIBUTES
4.1 Lavish goodness
4.2 Amazing forbearance
Holding back his indignation
4.3 Infinite Patience
Giving maximum opportunity
3.2 THE WRONG INTERPRETATION
Despise (kataphroneo) = have the wrong idea about
Not Treat with contempt
3.3 THE CORRECT VIEW:

4.1 Gods judgment is not always immediate
4.2 The moral man must also repent, because he does not meet the Truth Standard
1 Therefore you are inexcusable, O man, whoever you are who judge, for in whatever you judge another you condemn yourself; for you who judge practice the same things. 2 But we know that the judgment of God is according to truth against those who practice such things. 3 And do you think this, O man, you who judge those practicing such things, and doing the same, that you will escape the judgment of God? 4 Or do you despise the riches of His goodness, forbearance, and longsuffering, not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance?
