4.4 Acts 18:2-3 implies that Priscilla and Aquilla, who came from Rome, were already Christians when they arrived at Corinth and became companions of Paul.
If so, the church existed before AD 49, since Priscilla and Aquila were banished under the edict of Claudius.
But this date is before Peter moved to Jerusalem.
They were “in Rome,” but not of Rome — and, like all Christians of every century, they were “in Christ.”

The Hebrew and Aramaic parallel shalom carries the complex idea of prosperity, good health, and success
